Form 5472 & pro-forma Form 1120
We prepare and file IRS Form 5472 together with a pro-forma Form 1120 for your LLC's tax year. Whether your LLC has to file depends on its ownership and on the transactions it had during the year. We handle the entire filing for you. Available whether you formed your LLC with us or anywhere else.
$200 per filing
Paid upfront — you go straight to secure checkout, and we start as soon as payment clears.
Who prepares it
We do, in house. The same small team every time. It is not outsourced, white-labelled, or passed to a partner firm.
We are not a CPA firm
We are not accountants and we are not Enrolled Agents. We are saying that plainly because you can check it, and because some providers in this market imply credentials they do not hold.
What we are is narrow. We prepare this one filing, for one kind of company — a foreign-owned single-member LLC — over and over. That is the whole of what this service is.
When that is not what you need: if your ownership is shared, if the company has real US operations, if you have had a year with anything unusual in it, or if you want someone to advise you on whether a particular transaction is reportable — you want an accountant, and we would rather say so now than in April.
What we need from you
Two figures for the tax year: money paid from the LLC to the owner, and money paid from the owner to the LLC.
That is the whole of it. One email, once a year. We prepare everything else from the formation record we already hold.
How it gets filed
We prepare the forms, send them to you for signature, and file them by USPS certified mail. You get the tracking number and the delivery confirmation, so you have proof the filing reached the IRS rather than our word for it.
If the IRS writes to you
If you receive IRS correspondence relating to a filing we prepared, we will work through it with you at no additional charge.
To be clear about the boundary: that means helping you understand and respond to notices about our filing. It does not mean representing you in an examination — that requires a credential we have told you we do not hold, and if it came to that we would say so and tell you what kind of professional you need.
Your deadline
The filing is due on 15 April in the year following the year your LLC was formed, and every year after that. Missing it can trigger a $25,000 IRS penalty — enter your formation date below and we'll show your exact deadline.
What we need is deliberately simple
- • The total value of payments made from the LLC to the owner or owners during the tax year.
- • The total value of payments made from the owner or owners to the LLC during the tax year.
We take care of the forms, the pro-forma 1120 and the submission to the IRS.
