IRS Form 5472 & pro-forma 1120
$200Foreign-owned US LLCs must file these every year by 15 April. We prepare and file the whole return for you.
What the plan does and doesn't cover
- It covers the work and the fees for all four services for one year, and renews annually at $350 unless you tell us to stop.
- It does not cover the figures. When your Form 5472 / pro-forma 1120 falls due we will still need you to confirm two totals for that tax year: money paid from the LLC to the owner or owners, and money paid from the owner or owners to the LLC. We'll email you in good time and it takes a couple of minutes.
- State filing fees for the annual report are included. Any change of company details, amendments or extra IRS forms outside the four services above are quoted separately.
