IRS Form 5472 & pro-forma 1120
$200We prepare and file IRS Form 5472 together with a pro-forma Form 1120 for your LLC's tax year. Whether your LLC has to file depends on its ownership and on the transactions it had during the year.
What the plan does and doesn't cover
- It covers the work and the fees for all four services for one year, and renews annually at $350 unless you tell us to stop.
- It does not cover the figures. When your Form 5472 / pro-forma 1120 falls due we will still need you to confirm two totals for that tax year: money paid from the LLC to the owner or owners, and money paid from the owner or owners to the LLC. We'll email you in good time and it takes a couple of minutes.
- State filing fees for the annual report are included. Any change of company details, amendments or extra IRS forms outside the four services above are quoted separately.

So now I'm on a compliance plan. It covers a registered agent, the US address, the state annual report and a 5472 filing. What that means day to day is that I only have to look at one email a year, which is going to be two numbers. One is going to be how much money came into the company and the other how much went out of the company. So yeah, I don't have to worry about deadlines anymore. For what it costs, it's the best money I've spent on this business.
