Every price for the services we sell on this site is on this page, in US dollars. State filing fees are included where the service description says they are included — there are no separate "state fee" line items on top of those prices.
What is not included: extra IRS forms outside Form 5472 and the pro-forma Form 1120, company amendments, ownership changes, or filings in states other than Wyoming and Colorado. Those are quoted separately if they come up.

- We prepare and file IRS Form 5472 together with a pro-forma Form 1120 for your LLC's tax year. Whether your LLC has to file depends on its ownership and on the transactions it had during the year — ask us if you are not sure.
- State annual report

- Both Wyoming and Colorado require every LLC to file an annual report to stay in good standing. We prepare and file it for you. Available whether or not you formed your LLC with us.
- Registered agent and US business address
- $50 per year, from year 2
- A registered agent and a real US street address for your company, included in your service and managed by us.
- Compliance Plan
- $350 per year, auto-renewing
- Everything your US LLC has to keep up with each year, bundled into one annual plan: registered agent, US business address, annual report filing and IRS Form 5472/1120 filing.

I'd wanted a US LLC for about a year but kept putting it off because it looked so complicated. I got a quote from an accounting firm for $500 and they still couldn't help with the EIN.
